Cricinfo 3D is a revolutionary new way to follow cricket on the internet

Cricinfo 3D is a revolutionary new way to follow cricket on the internet.

The Cricinfo commentary is now enhanced with a 3D animated representation created from Cricinfo's rich scoring data.

You will see an animated batsman playing a wide range of genuine cricket shots - shortly after the actual action has taken place.

Animation with Sound
We have added a new sound option in the animation, a cheerful applause for a wicket, four or a six will be played, also a simple bat hit ball sound will be heard for all deliveries played. By default the sound is kept on OFF mode, you will need to turn it ON to enjoy it.
Follow the action ball-by-ball
A new animation is loaded as soon as the data for that delivery is fed to your PC. It refreshes automatically - so you can follow the match ball-by-ball - just like on the Cricinfo scorecard.
Choose your camera angles
The simulated match takes place in a 3D virtual stadium. You can view the action from a selection of pre-set angles - bowler, batsman, umpires, fielding positions - zoom in and out, and pan around the stadium using your own 360 degree camera.
Match scorecard and statistics
The 3D window also gives you access to a live scorecard, automated wagon wheels, pitch maps and parternship statistics.
